How we collect reviews

Who can leave a review

Reviews only come from subscribers. We ask all of them, at key moments (a 7-day streak, a score up 8 points), whether they're happy or not.

Publishing

A review is only published with its author's permission, under their first name and last initial.

Every review is checked before it's published. We only remove reviews that are off-topic, abusive or contain personal data. We never edit a review.

Average rating

If an average rating is shown, it's calculated from all reviews received, not just the published ones.

What we never do

No review is bought, made up or written by us. Until we have reviews, we don't show any.
