The service

LokRank offers a free discipline test that gives you a score out of 100, then a day-by-day 30-day plan sold as a subscription.

By using LokRank, you agree to these terms.

18 and over

The service is only for people 18 and older.

Your score and advice

Your score is calculated automatically from your answers. It's a benchmark to help you improve, not a diagnosis.

The actions in your plan are general wellness tips, not medical or psychological advice. If you have any doubt about your health, talk to a professional.

Your account

Your account is created when you start the test, then secured with your email using a 6-digit code. You're responsible for access to your inbox.

Subscription and trial

The plan is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial. Your card is required when the trial starts, but nothing is charged during the trial. One free trial per person.

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically each period until you cancel.

Gumroad emails you a reminder 48 hours before your trial ends. Prices are shown, taxes included, before any payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your profile: "Manage / cancel my subscription" opens your subscription page on Gumroad (Gumroad may email you a sign-in link). You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, or of your trial.

Periods already started aren't refunded, except under the guarantee or the right of withdrawal below.

Right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days after purchase to withdraw, by emailing us at support@lokrank.com.

By asking for immediate access to your plan, you agree that it starts before this period ends: if you withdraw, you only pay for the part of the service already provided.

Payment

Payments are processed by Gumroad, acting as the merchant of record: Gumroad takes the payment, sends your receipt, and handles sales tax and VAT. We never see your card details.

Prices are in euros. Depending on your card, Gumroad may show and charge the equivalent in your currency (shown before you pay); your bank may add a currency conversion fee.

Referrals

When someone who joined through your referral link becomes a paying subscriber, you get a free month, up to 12 months a year.

Fake accounts and self-referrals are prohibited and void any rewards.

Fair use

You may not misuse the service, try to access other people's data, create accounts automatically or get around our protections.

Liability

We do everything we can to keep the service running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available. Your results depend on what you do with your plan.

Changes

These terms may change. If there's an important change, we'll let you know before it applies.
