Who's responsible

What we collect

Your test answers and your score. They describe your habits (sleep, screen time, exercise…) and may relate to your health, so we ask for your explicit consent before the first question.

Your email when you give it, and your choices (reminders, coach tone, tips emails).

If you ask to be notified when your plan is ready: your email, for that one message only.

Technical data: a random browser ID, where your visit came from (video, account, referral link), your language, time zone, country (based on your connection) and the steps of your journey (never your answers).

Only if you accept: visit statistics collected by Microsoft Clarity.

Why, and on what basis

Calculating your score and plan: your consent.

Running your account and subscription: performance of the contract.

Protecting the service against bots and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile): our legitimate interest.

Improving the service using the steps of your journey, measured on our side with no third-party cookies: our legitimate interest.

Letting you know when your plan is ready (waitlist): your consent, given by tapping "Notify me".

Audience measurement (Microsoft Clarity) and tips emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

What we never do

Your answers, score and habits are never sent to Meta, TikTok or Google. We never sell your data.

Who has access

Supabase: database and sign-in, with servers in Paris (European Union).

Netlify: website hosting. The servers that run the app (calculating your score, saving your answers) are located in the United States; your data stays stored in Paris.

Resend: sending emails (sign-in codes).

Gumroad: subscription payments, as the merchant of record. Gumroad receives your email, your payment details, and your account ID (to link the payment to your account).

Cloudflare: bot protection.

Microsoft (Clarity): audience measurement, only with your consent.

Some of these providers are based in the United States: these transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses, or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

A test started without an account and then abandoned: deleted after 30 days.

Your account: as long as you use it, deleted when you ask or after 3 years of inactivity.

Waitlist: until 30 days after the "your plan is ready" message, and 12 months max.

Journey steps (internal measurement): 25 months max.

Your cookie choice: 6 months.

Invoices: 10 years (legal requirement).

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent: email us at support@lokrank.com. Exporting and deleting your account will also be available right from your profile.

If you think your rights aren't being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
